Ground Roasted Cardamom, Fennel and Cloves

Ingredients

8-9 Cardamom

2-3 cloves

1 tsp of fennels

Method

In a cooking pot, under moderate heat, stir and roast  cardamom and cloves for about 5 minutes.

Once the cardamom are moderately roasted, add the fennels and continue roasting until all turn to dark brown.

Remember, it is important to continuously stir throughout the roasting. Then, grind the roasted ingredients using a hand or an electric grinder.
