Sugar-Caramel_Coloring (Seeni kalu karala )

This coloring can be used for many recipes, so I am writing it as one blog post. I will be linking this post whenever I’ll be using this recipe to prepare a new recipe. .


Pour a ½ tsp of sugar to a cooking pot and start caramelizing under medium heat. Continue over cooking the caramel until it turns to very dark brown or black. Then, add around ½ cup of water and use as a darkening coloring.
